Yellow colour with a fine perlage. Very pleasant as an aperitif, tradionally combined with dessert, but real finding with cheese, fantastic with strawberry. Alcohol: 5,5% Vol. Residual sugar: 125 g/l Serving Temperature: 6-7° C.
