Brilliant red with slight garnet tinge. A captivating bouquet boasting ripe, rich aromas enhanced with subtle hints of oak-ageing. Classic Barbera on the palate, complex, warm and heady, firmly- structured but supple and easy-drinking.
Alcohol: 14-14,5% Vol. variable by growing year. Residual sugar: 1.0 g/l. Total Acidity: 5-5,5 g/l. Recommended Food: best with red meat and cheese or black chocolate.
Serving Temperature: 18-20° C.
